1. Refund Policy

• Streaming boxes are non-refundable.
   

• Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated.
   

• Refunds are ONLY available if the service does not work after full troubleshooting with support.
   

• If a customer refuses troubleshooting or does not respond, a refund will not be issued.
   

2. Activation Time

• Activation may take up to 24 hours after both payments (box + subscription) are completed.
   

• Activation requires correct customer name, phone number, and email.
   

3. Subscription Requirements

• Service requires an active subscription.
   

• If payment is missed, service pauses until renewed.
   

4. Late Renewal Fee

• If your subscription is 7 days late, a $5 reactivation fee applies before service can resume.
   

5. Device Ownership

• Streaming boxes are a one-time purchase and remain the customer’s property.
   

• Boxes must be activated by Electronic Supplies4You LLC to work with the service.
   

6. Account Information

• Customers must provide accurate name, phone, and email.
   

• Incorrect or invalid contact information may delay activation.
   

7. Fair Use Policy

• Service is for personal, in-home use only.
   

• Customers may NOT:
  • Share their service
  • Resell their service
  • Give others access
  • Use their service on multiple households
   

• If sharing or reselling is detected, the account will be terminated immediately with no refund.
   

8. Content Availability Disclaimer

• This service pulls from a wide range of publicly available online sources.
   

• We aim to provide most popular movies and shows, but:
  • Content varies
  • Titles may change
  • Not all content is guaranteed
   

• We do NOT guarantee access to ALL content from ANY specific streaming service.
   

9. Not Affiliated With Major Streaming Platforms

Electronic Supplies4You LLC is NOT affiliated with:

• Netflix
   

• Hulu
   

• Disney+
   

• Max (HBO)
   

• Amazon Prime Video
   

• Paramount+
   

• Peacock
   

• Tubi
   

• Or any other major streaming provider
   

We do NOT sell or provide accounts, logins, or subscriptions to any of these services.
Our service only organizes and displays publicly available content catalogs in one place.

10. Agreement

By completing a purchase, you automatically agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above.

• Attempt FULL troubleshooting with support before requesting a refund.
   

• NOT file chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first.
   

If a chargeback is filed:

• Your service will be permanently terminated
   

• Your account will be banned from future activations
   

This protects our business from fraud and abuse.
